This year ASC United's annual Family Fun Day and Awards Day will be a COMMUNITY EVENT! Thanks to NO FRILLS who will be hosting us in their parking lot for ALL TO SEE!

🎉 Calling All Community Vendors! 🎉 for Saturday August 16, 2025 from approximately 8:00 am set up to 5:00 pm
 

Join us for a full day of fun, celebration, and community spirit at our highly anticipated Awards Day Ceremony! We're on the lookout for enthusiastic vendors like you to be a part of this fantastic event.

Details: 

• You must be fully set up by 8:30 am on Saturday August 16. Our event will run until 5:00 pm
• Location is in the parking lot right at the center of town at the NO FRILLS.
• Fee: $100 (nonrefundable) for a 10 X 10 space must be paid in advance by Friday  August 8, 2025 by email transfer to the club email at info@ascunited.ca      (your space will not be reserved until payment is received). 
• Fill out the Online Vendor form and submitted
• You must supply your own tables, tents and chairs and method for payment for your products. No electric or water available on site.
• Up load your logo and  we will send out an email to over 1500 email recipients and members announcing your presence and support for our Fun Day / Awards Day event.  As well as posting you on our social media posts.
• We encourage give aways and discounts promotion to enhance your relationship with community members
