ASC United Refund Policy

• Credit only: approved refunds are issued as a club credit on your PowerUp account, which can be transferred to another player. We do not issue cash or card refunds.
• In writing: all cancellation or refund requests must be sent in writing to info@ascunited.ca.
• Individual review: each request is reviewed on an individual basis.
• After the season starts: once the season has started, refunds or credits are usually not granted.
• Admin fee: a $50 cancellation admin fee is deducted from the amount paid. It may be waived or reduced depending on the circumstances.

ASC United reserves the right to move players between teams up to and including the third game of the season in order to balance teams. Changes are only made when there is a significant imbalance. We assess every team for balance. A team that loses its games by one or two goals is not necessarily a weaker team, but we will not leave a stacked team in place.

ASC United believes in equal and fair play. We also believe that learning to overcome obstacles and accept a loss is often a more valuable lesson than restructuring a team. Sometimes life deals you lemons and you make lemonade, and there is only ever one winner.
