We understand that weather conditions can be unpredictable, and safety is our utmost priority. By adhering to this rain day policy, we aim to strike a balance between embracing the joy of playing in the rain and ensuring the well-being of our participants.
Thank you for your cooperation, and we look forward to a fantastic season of fun and outdoor activities!
Please note that games cancelled for weather will only be rescheduled after two games have been missed.

CANCELLATIONS WILL BE POSTED ON THE HOME PAGE
As an organization committed to the well-being and safety of your children, we wanted to take a moment to address our game cancellation policy in relation to external conditions.
Please be assured that we carefully consider all advisories and conditions before making any decisions regarding game cancellations. Our priority is to ensure the health and safety of all participants. However, we understand that each child is unique and may have varying tolerances to factors such as heat, air quality, and adverse weather.
While we may assess the conditions and determine that it is safe to proceed with the games, we acknowledge that parents know their children best and may have additional concerns or considerations. Therefore, if we decide "GAME ON" and not to cancel games do to adverse conditions, we want to emphasize that it is ultimately up to your discretion as parents or guardians to decide whether you feel the outside conditions are suitable for your child to participate in the games.
We encourage you to take into account any specific needs, sensitivities, or medical conditions your child may have when making this judgment. We trust your judgment and believe that you are in the best position to determine what is in the best interest of your child's well-being.
We are here to support you and address any questions or concerns you may have regarding the conditions or game schedule. Please feel free to reach out to us, and we will be more than happy to assist you.
Please note: In cases of cancellation and in order to maintain fairness and avoid frequent rescheduling, we have implemented a policy that states no games will be rescheduled unless a minimum of two games have been missed.
