To be eligible, candidates must:

• Be at least 14 years of age
• Have a background in playing soccer
• Possess a solid understanding of soccer rules
• Exhibit traits such as outgoingness, confidence, assertiveness, and a willingness to learn and teach
• Be unafraid of confrontation
• Be punctual and have reliable transportation to and from the Utopia Park Fields
